Krishna Hachhethu( Ph.D) is Associate Professor of Centre for Nepal and Asian Studies, Tribhuban University, Kathmandu. His latest publication is Party Building in Nepal. Krishna P Khanal is Professor of Political Science at Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. He has served in different capacities-advisor to Prime Minister, Member-Secretary of Nepal Social Service Co-ordination Council and Executive Director of Centre for Nepal and Asian Studies(CNAS), Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu.
