The present book discusses various situations of Nepal’s political phase. The book analyzes the different situations of Nepal’s politics in the passages titled “Transition to Democracy, Constitution in Conflict, Obstacles to Democracy, Obstacles to Democracy, Restrictions on Democracy”. In the context of the current controversy, the book also includes time-relevant perspectives on the Constitution, the question of sustainable peace, and the Constituent Assembly, democracy and peace.
