The present book has not only analyzed the overall legal history of Nepal but also the aspects of the administration of justice. It is well known that it is difficult to mention the judicial history of a country with a history of more than two thousand years in a book of this size. Therefore, this book provides an introductory overview of the history of Nepal’s judiciary.
