कार्यविधि कानुनको एक गहन भागको रुपमा रहेको प्रमाण कानुनका बारेमा यस कृतिमा सविस्तार प्रकाश पारिएको छ । पुस्तक सामान्य भाग र विशेष भाग गरी दुई खण्डमा विभाजित छ । नेपाली प्रमाण कानुनको विकास, नेपालको कानुनी व्यवस्थामा प्रमाण कानुनको स्थान, प्रमाण कानुनका केही आधरभूत सिद्धान्तहरु जस्ता विषयमा चर्चा गर्दै पुस्तकमा प्रमाणमा बुझ्न पर्ने र नपर्ने कुराहरु, प्रमाणमा लिन हुने र नहुने कुराहरु, लिखित प्रमाण, मौखिक प्रमाण जस्ता विषयमा पनि सविस्तार व्याख्या गरिएको छ । यो पुस्तक कानुनका सम्बन्धमा सामान्य जानकारी राख्न चाहने सर्वसाधारणका लागि समेत उपयोगी रहेको छ ।

Evidence law, which is an in-depth part of procedural law, is elaborated in this work. The book is divided into two sections, general and special.Discussing issues such as development of Nepali evidence law, place of evidence law in Nepal’s legal system, some basic principles of evidence law, things to be understood and not to be understood in evidence, things to be and not to be taken in evidence, written evidence, oral evidence etc. are also explained in detail. This book is also useful for the general public who want to have general information about the law.
